Plain terms for a focused sprint.
Last updated 28 August 2026. These terms apply to Garage Signal’s Garage Profile Sprint. The service is supplied by Fish and Media Ltd (company 10891701) to UK businesses acting for purposes of their trade or business.
Scope and price
The founding profile refresh costs £169 inclusive of any applicable taxes shown at checkout. It covers one garage location and the deliverables listed on the home page: a check of the current profile, rewritten descriptions, 12 post drafts with branded graphics, up to 20 review-reply drafts, a direct-review QR asset and physical counter sign, a 30-day posting plan and one reasonable round of changes.
The founding offer is limited to the first three accepted client orders. A place is secured only when payment is received. If we cannot deliver within 48 hours after receiving all required materials, you may cancel for a full refund before delivery.
Starting and delivery
Work starts after cleared payment and receipt of the profile link, current business information, priority services and any brand assets we reasonably need. The 48-hour delivery period begins only when those materials are complete and applies to the digital pack. The physical stand is posted separately to a valid UK address and its arrival time depends on the carrier.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that information and assets you provide are accurate, lawful and yours to use. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication and for complying with Google’s policies and rules applying to your garage.
The QR asset links customers directly to the same public review form. It must not be used to filter customers, suppress negative feedback, offer incentives or otherwise manipulate reviews.
Revisions and cancellation
One consolidated revision is included if requested within seven days of delivery and remains within the agreed scope. Because production capacity is reserved and work begins promptly, business customers may cancel before work starts for a full refund. After work starts, any refund is limited to the uncompleted portion at our reasonable discretion, unless the service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
No ranking guarantee
We improve clarity, accuracy and presentation. Search visibility depends on factors outside our control, so no ranking, enquiry volume or revenue result is guaranteed. Garage Signal is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the sprint is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, platform changes, account suspension or decisions made by Google. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
