What we collect

When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, business details, contact information and enquiry. The website records only whether an email or phone contact control was used, its page placement and the time. That event does not contain your message, email address or phone number.

Why we use it

We use enquiry and client information to respond, provide requested services, administer our agreement, keep necessary business records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Our legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, and legal obligation where applicable.

Website technology

We do not use advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or non-essential cookies. Our hosting and security provider may process standard request information, including IP address, browser details and security logs, to deliver and protect the site. The contact form prepares an email on your device; it does not transmit or store the message on the website.

Sharing and retention

We use service providers only where needed to host the site, operate business email, process payments and deliver contracted work. We do not sell personal data. Enquiries that do not become clients are normally deleted after 12 months; contract and financial records are kept as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.

Your rights
